E-Global System (CEO Hee Chang Kang) takes an active role in the large-scaled DBMS encryption market. The company’s DB encryption solution, CubeOne, is equipped with functions such as index search for encrypted data and minimization of service suspension due to DB encryption, providing affluent functions and DB applicability and fast performance, and took a stronghold in the domestic large-scale DBMS encryption market.
 
CubeOne has been successful in large-scale DB encryption projects such as the domestically largest encryption project, SK Telecom’s DB encryption construction, Nara market system of Public Procurement Service, Health Insurance and Assessment Service, next-generation NEIS system, online registration and family relation documents of the Supreme Court.
 
Recently, CubeOne has taken a lead in the market with its recognition from the market as a premium DB encryption product, having received an order from Industrial Bank for its Internet banking system reconstruction project, and another from one and two financial sectors for their system DB encryption projects.
Also, CubeOne for SAP receives a lot of favorable estimations as it encrypts important personal information on ERP, an inside information assembly, and it has been provided to five to six affiliates of Hyundai such as Hyundai Globiz and Hyundai Kia Automobile, along with advertisement affiliates of LG group.
 
E-Global System is aiming at the overseas market with such successful experiences in the domestic market. Overseas sales were initiated last August, and after recruiting an executive from LG group, Gang Suk Chae, as a vice president, the company is on its way to pioneering the overseas market.
In particular, Index Search Through Encrypted Column technology, which is applied to CubeOne, has been recognized for its progressivity and patented in the U.S. and Japan, and the company estimates that it has enough competence in the overseas market as well.
 
Don Sup Cho, CEO of E-Global System said, ”We will make a successful example, not just looking for short-term success overseas, but by supplying products that reflect the demands of the new market.”
