E-Global System (CEO Hee Chang Kang) disclosed on 17 that they had developed technology to prevent information leaks by internal personnel.
 
This technology in linkage with a security server is characterized by warnings for decryption and controlling functions. If there is a request from a user for decryption and it goes beyond the scope, it sends a warning to a manager and intercepts decryption at the second attempt.
 
According to the company, it is important to precisely control the use of a decryption key along with key confidentiality regarding DB encryption, but there was no control when authorized personnel intend to leak a large amount of data decrypted in Plug-In products. Therefore, there was nothing that could be done with SQL Injection hacking or leaks by internal personnel. However, it was an explanation of E-Global System that this new technology has supplemented such cases.
 
The new technology is provided to E-Global System’s Encryption solution CubeOne as an option. The company noted its expectations that “This product will play a big role in the area of DB security.”
